Salt and Light - Ethics/Worldview Ministry

At First Baptist Church we believe that we are privledged to live in a country afforded wonderful freedoms. The freedom to worship as you choose, to live as you choose and to say what you choose. We also realize that these freedoms were given to us first of all by God and secured socialy and culturaly by the constitution of the United States. They have been preserved by the good pleasure of our Lord and blood of our young men and women. The framers intended this Nation to be not only founded on but sustained by Godly principles and precepts. Today these truths are under attack! Our church is involved through our Christian Life Committee in informing our congregation and our community of events and happenings which effect our freedoms as believers and citizens.
